
Susan M. Oliver - Chef
Susan graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Her specialties are Northern Italian, French, Asian, American, Low fat, Vegetarian and grilled delicacies. She also holds a USCG 100 Ton License with Auxiliary sail, STCW-95 Certification, and PADI Open Water Certification. Susan has worked on many yachts ranging in size from 70’ to 127’ and has done extensive cruising of the NE US Coast, Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, and the Mediterranean.
