In 1980 Nikolaos started his career as a second officer on tankers with one of the largest Greek Shipping companies. From 1994 he moved into the yachting sector where he remained ever since.  His experience has been drawn from working for many years with Sete Yacht Management on many of their yachts.  From 2003 to 2006 he acted as Chief Officer on m/y Tueq.  Most recently he was Captain on board m/y Magna Grecia. 
Nikolaos joined us at the beginning of the winter season and we are absolutely delighted that he has proved a most welcome member to our team.  He always faces any problems that might arise with a positive attitude and never seems to be fazed by the many strange situations that yachting can throw at you.  It is a pleasure working with him and the clients we have had on board have also been delighted with him.


Hotel Manager: Ioannis Giannelis

Ioannis started his career as steward aboard cruise ships in 1983.  He progressed through the ranks attaining position of Ass. Ch. Steward and Maitre D' thereafter.  In 2001 he joined the Latsis group and since then until now when he joined us he has been Chief Steward aboard the Alexander of the now PrivatSea group apart from a short period when he transferred to the Turama.
Yannis has been with us since 2005.  It is very difficult to put into words what he is like.  His attention to detail, his friendliness and his never ending energy will ensure that your cruise is....perfect.


Executive Chef: Thomas Papathanasiou

Known by us as Makis.  He started with us in September 2007 and we are holding on to him for dear life!!!  He has managed to cope with the many demands of our clients and has excelled at producing not only superb cuisine for the 30 guests on board during a normal charter but can cater for events for up to 100 guests and this from a yachts galley.  He runs his team with proficiency, getting the very best out of them.  Prior to joining us he was with His Majesty King Abdallah Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia.
