
All of your meals on board will be prepared for you by your hostess. Karen. Before your departure Karen will call you to discuss the type of meals you prefer, and any particular likes or dislikes you may have. We will do our best to meet any special requests, although it should be noted that as all foods are bought fresh in the Caribbean, we have found that certain ingredients are not always readily available. The following is a sample menu to give you an idea of the standards you can expect.
