TRUE NORTH can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins.
Four en suite cabins.  The master has a centerline king and spacious bath with separate shower. 
Three queen guest cabins have private en suite baths with enclosed showers.
TRUE NORTH is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.

TRUE NORTH Crew Profile

TRUE NORTH’s crew is a multicultural young and dynamic couple consisting of Flavio Pescuma, an experienced captain and chef and Neila Zambrano (30), his partner, all weather sailor and your first mate. Together they are an excellent team, who will make sure you have the best holidays of your life.

Flavio, 37 years old, is a retired IT businessman born in Argentina inside a traditional Italian family.  Fluent in Spanish, English and Swedish, he started sailing at the age of 7 in the cold lakes of south Patagonia. Passionate about all sorts of outdoor sports, Flavio reached competition level in riding, skiing and polo. A nomad in his ‘genes,’ he started his exploration of life in his early twenties and first settled in Spain were he cultivated his interest in cooking, architecture and art while continuing his electronic engineer career. Four years later he immigrated to Sweden where the incredible wild life, nature, cold waters and extraordinary archipelago revived his passion for sailing. While in Sweden the excellent conditions for IT development and his entrepreneurial skills merged in the creation of a data security development company. Eight years later while on a business trip, Flavio discovered the Caribbean Sea and its green waters reflected in the eyes of a pretty young woman, Neila. Soon after Flavio decided to retire from the IT business and make his dream come true: One in which he helps people enjoy life in peace with nature away from the stresses of today’s society.

Neila, a lawyer and international business expert, was born in Venezuela.  She is fluent in Spanish and has a basic level of English and Swedish. Neila loves sports and exercising and is an excellent dancer of all Latin rhythms. She is very professional in her work, always seeking perfection, but still capable of enjoying the simplest things in life. Always ready to share her time with others, Neila joined Flavio in his dream and learned the secrets of sailing during her many thousands of nautical miles on board their first command, 123Relax.

Flavio and Neila were wonderful.  They took great care of us and were absolutely delightful to be around.  True North was extremely comfortable, very clean and very well ventilated.

The food was magnificent and varied, the presentations were stunning.  We took pictures of all the meals.  All of our allergies, etc., were individually accommodated so that we all ate GREAT.

The area we cruised was more beautiful than can be described.  We all had a fabulous time and won’t stop raving about all we did, saw, sailed and about our marvelous crew, Captain Flavio and Neila!

No charge for certified divers
Diving on TRUE NORTH is available for certified divers at no additional charge. There is a charge for scuba instruction at $250 for referral open water course and $150 for a resort course. TRUE NORTH has 8 sets of regulators and gear, including 8 tanks and a dive compressor.
